Before I started dance, I was on a competitive cheer team and took gymnastics classes for a couple years. I fell in love with dance after a knee injury took me out of cheerleading. I then discovered Elite Performing Arts, and joined the competition team at age eleven. I was part of the competition team for a year, then I joined a studio up in Columbia for six more years. This past year, I found my home back at Elite Performing Arts. I am also a member of the Helias Dance Team and second year as captain! I am looking forward to teaching and assisting such wonderful dancers this year.
